The User is entirely responsible for any content that he/she puts online and undertakes not to harm any third party.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND RIGHT OF ACCESS

The information collected by Résidétapes is subject to computer processing in accordance with article 6 paragraph 2 of the law "relating to data processing, files and freedoms" of January 6, 1978. This data processing is intended for the management services of the residences and the head office, with the aim of serving the missions of development of the residences, management of the endowment fund, instruction of the requests for housing, and if necessary, of rental, social, accounting and technical follow-up of the stays. These data will be kept for a maximum of 5 years from the last contact.

In accordance with articles 15, 16 and 17 of the law "relating to data processing, files and freedoms" of January 6, 1978, the Internet user has a right of access, opposition, verification, rectification and deletion of the information which concerns him.

The Internet user can access this information by sending an e-mail to dpo@residetape.fr or by mail to the following address Data Protection Officer, Résidétapes Développement, 17 avenue Desgenettes, 94100 Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, subject to attaching proof of identity to the request.

In accordance with article 11 of the modified law "informatique et libertés" of January 6, 1978, and in case of non-respect of his right to the confidentiality of his personal data, the National Commission of Data Processing and Liberties is entitled to receive complaints relating to the implementation of personal data processing.
